Raw, dried sea moss should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place, preferably in an airtight container or resealable bag to prevent moisture and air exposure. 

This helps to maintain its freshness and nutritional value. If properly stored, it can last for up to a year or even two. 

We do not use preservatives and they're freshly made to order, so you can also rest assured that they have not been sitting on a shelf diminishing and gathering dust.
